Prime Health Holdings Wholesale Returns Policy

1. General Terms

1.1. This returns policy applies exclusively to wholesale partners purchasing Prime Health Holdings products for resale. End-consumer returns must be handled according to the reseller's own returns policy.

1.2. All return requests must be submitted through our wholesale portal or by contacting your account manager.

2. Eligible Returns

2.1. Standard Returns

  • Products must be in sellable condition with original packaging intact
  • Minimum of 6 months remaining before expiration date
  • Products must not have been altered, opened, or damaged
  • Original batch numbers must be clearly visible
  • Products must have been stored according to specified conditions

2.2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • Products received damaged or with manufacturing defects
  • Products that fail to meet quality specifications
  • Incorrectly shipped or labeled products
  • Products recalled by Prime Health Holdings

3. Return Process

3.1. Return Requests

  • All return requests must be submitted to info@primehealthholdings.com
  • Include in your request:
    • Order number
    • Product details (name, batch number, quantity)
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of products (if damaged/defective)
  • Submit requests within 5 business days of receipt for damaged/defective items

3.2. Shipping

  • Defective/damaged product returns shipping costs covered by Prime Health Holdings
  • Standard returns shipping costs responsibility of the wholesale partner
  • Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Include return request documentation with all returns

4. Credit Terms

4.1. Standard Returns

  • Credit value based on original purchase price
  • Credit notes valid for 12 months from date of issue

4.2. Defective/Damaged Returns

  • Full refund or replacement offered
  • Shipping costs reimbursed with proof of payment

5. Exclusions

5.1. Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products with less than 6 months until expiration
  • Items damaged due to improper storage or handling
  • Products purchased from unauthorized distributors
  • Discontinued items (unless defective)
  • Products subjected to extreme temperatures or conditions

6. Quality Assurance

6.1. For quality-related returns, Prime Health Holdings may request:

  • Product samples for testing
  • Storage condition records
  • Photographic evidence of defects
  • Batch numbers and purchase documentation

7. Policy Changes

7.1. Prime Health Holdings reserves the right to modify this returns policy with 30 days notice to wholesale partners.
