• Passion Flower - a perennial herb that has been used for a host of medicinal applications for centuries to combat anxiety, insomnia, and mood disorders. Passion Flower has also been shown to increase GABA which may also improve the body’s ability to increase and regulate Serotonin levels.
• L-Tryptophan - a precursor to 5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) which in turn is converted to Serotonin. This rate-limiting conversion to serotonin also ensures better Serotonin regulation as opposed to direct intake of 5-HTP.
• Vitamin B3 - otherwise known as Niacin has been shown to have a positive effect on your body's ability to cope with anxiety, stress and depression symptoms. Tryptophan also works hand-in-hand alongside Vitamin B3, to help produce Serotonin.
